The NPLA New England Chapter is the Northeast regional branch of the National Professional Lobbyists Association, serving advocacy professionals across Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Founded in June 2025, with a soft launch on June 19, 2025 and a formal launch on August 5, 2025, our chapter is dedicated to strengthening the advocacy community through networking, professional development, and meaningful collaboration.
Led by Daniel Delaney, CEO of Delaney Policy Group, and Andrea Delaney, COO of Delaney Policy Group, the New England Chapter provides a dynamic platform for professionals to connect, share expertise, and build relationships that elevate the impact of advocacy across the region. We are committed to creating opportunities that support career growth, foster mentorship, and encourage engagement among established professionals, young professionals, and students alike.
